I am a slow runner. Is that okay?+
Absolutely. We have walk-run groups, and nobody is ever left behind.
Do I need to be a member?+
No. Your first run is free and socials are open to everybody.
Do you run in the dark?+
Yes. We run in lit routes in winter, with head torches on trails.
