Acceptable use policy
Last updated: October 2026
To keep our platform safe for everyone, websites we host must follow these rules.
You may not use our services to
Host or promote illegal content or activity; run phishing, malware or fraud; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; distribute child sexual abuse material, terrorist content or content that incites violence or hatred; send spam; harass or harm others; sell regulated goods or services without the required licences; or attack or overload other systems.
Reporting abuse or illegal content
To report a site we host, email hello@ideas2pixels.com with the address of the content, why you believe it is unlawful or breaks this policy, and your name and contact details. This also serves as our contact point for authorities and for notices under laws such as the EU Digital Services Act. We review notices promptly and act on those that are valid.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content we host infringes your copyright, send a notice with: identification of the work; the location of the infringing content; your contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act. We may forward the notice to the site owner, who can respond with a counter-notice.
Enforcement
We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks this policy, with notice and a chance to respond where it is safe and practical. You can appeal a decision by replying to our message. We may report unlawful content to the authorities.
