Before work starts
If we have not yet begun your design, you can cancel for a full refund.
After work starts
Once design work has begun, we may retain a fair portion of the fee for work already done. We will explain the amount before refunding.
Domains and third-party costs
Domain registrations and similar third-party fees are usually non-refundable once the registration is completed.
Renewals
We email you before each renewal. If you cancel before the renewal date you will not be charged.
