What exactly do I get?
Each package includes a designed and built website, hosting, SSL and a domain name for the first year. Higher plans add business email, more pages, more monthly edits and extra SEO work.
Do I own my domain name?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and you can transfer it away whenever you like once the registrar's standard transfer rules are met.
What happens after the first year?
The plan renews at the renewal price shown on this page. We email you before every renewal, and you can cancel before it happens.
Can I use a domain I already have?
Yes. We connect your existing domain, and we guide you through the one or two DNS changes needed. You can also transfer it to us.
How long does it take?
Typically 5–7 days for Starter, 7–10 days for Business and 10–14 days for Growth, counted from when we receive your content.
What counts as a small edit?
Text or image changes, a new price list, updated opening hours and similar tasks of up to about 30 minutes. Bigger changes can be added as extra pages or a quote.
Can I sell products online?
A full online store is planned as a separate package. Until then, tell us what you need and we will advise on the best option.
Can I get a refund?
If we have not yet started on your design, you can cancel for a full refund. After work has started, see our refund policy for what applies.
Which countries do you serve?
We work with customers worldwide. Prices are in US dollars and taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
