1 · Setup fee, paid once

Our designers build your website from start to finish: design, pages, content layout, forms, SEO basics and launch. You review a private preview and request changes before it goes live.

2 · Hosting and care, ongoing

Your first month or year is billed with setup. After that it renews each month or year and covers hosting, SSL, your domain, backups, monitoring, monthly edits and support.

3 · No lock-in

Cancel any time. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and we hand over a copy of your site files. We email you before every yearly renewal.

App questions

Do I need a website plan to get an app?: Yes. The app is built around your website content, so it is sold as an add-on to any website or store plan.
What is the difference between the two apps?: The installable web app is your website saved to the phone home screen, with no app store involved. The store app is a real iPhone and Android app that people find in the App Store and Google Play and that can send push notifications to everyone who installs it.
Will Apple accept my app?: Apple rejects apps that are only a website in a frame, so every store app we build includes real phone features such as push notifications, offline screens and tap-to-call. We handle the submission and fix anything the reviewers ask for.
Do I own my app?: Yes. The app is published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, which we help you open. If you leave, the app stays yours.
Can you build something more advanced, like bookings or ordering?: Yes, as a custom quote. Booking, ordering, loyalty cards and customer logins are scoped and priced for your business before we start.

Pricing questions

What exactly do I get?

Two things. A one-time setup fee, where our team designs your logo, writes the content, builds and launches your website. And an ongoing monthly or yearly plan that covers hosting, SSL, your domain, backups, monthly edits and support. Higher plans add business email, more pages, more edits and extra SEO work.

What if I don't like any of the templates?

Ask for a custom design when you order, and tell us the look you have in mind. We reply with how it would work and confirm the scope and any extra cost before we start designing, so there are no surprises.

Why is there a setup fee?

Building a website is real design and development work, done once up front by a person, not generated filler. The setup fee pays for that. The ongoing plan then pays for hosting, security, your domain, support and edits so the site stays online and current.

Can I cancel the ongoing plan?

Yes, any time. It ends at the end of the period you have paid for. We hand over a copy of your site files, and your domain can be transferred out on request.
