Terms of service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms explain how you may use ideas2pixels services, including website design, domain registration and hosting.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and ideas2pixels. By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you order for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

2. Our services

We design, build and host websites and may register domain names on your behalf. The scope depends on the package you buy, as described on our pricing page. Delivery times are estimates counted from when we receive your content.

If you buy an online store plan, you are the seller of your products. You are responsible for your products, prices, shipping, tax collection and reporting, returns, and compliance with consumer and product laws in the places you sell. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms, and its fees are separate from ours.

3. Your account and content

Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you give us and confirm you have the rights to use all text, images, logos and other material. You grant us a licence to host, copy and display it only to provide the service. You keep ownership of your content.

4. Payment and renewal

Prices are in US dollars. Your order has two parts: a one-time setup fee for designing, building and launching your website, and an ongoing monthly or yearly plan for hosting, domain, support and edits. Both are shown before you order, and your first invoice includes the setup fee plus the first period of the ongoing plan. The ongoing plan renews automatically each period unless you cancel, and we email you before each yearly renewal. Applicable taxes, including VAT or GST, are added where required. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension of your website.

5. Domains

Domain names are registered in your name subject to registry and registrar rules, including ICANN policies. You must provide accurate registrant details. We are not responsible for domains lost through non-payment, expiry after cancellation or third-party disputes.

6. Edits and support

Monthly edit allowances cover small changes of about 30 minutes each. Unused edits do not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove content that breaks the law or puts others at risk.

8. Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or a similar region, you may have a statutory right to withdraw, explained there.

9. Intellectual property

We keep rights in our templates, code and tools. Once your invoice is paid, you receive a licence to use the finished website design for your business for as long as your plan is active. Template assets that are licensed from third parties stay under their licences.

10. Warranties and liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except where the law does not allow it, we do not give other warranties, including uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, death or personal injury, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Suspension and termination

You may cancel the ongoing plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, with no further charges, and we provide a copy of your website files on request. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy. We may suspend or end the service if you breach these terms, with notice where it is safe and practical to give it.

12. Events beyond our control

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as outages of internet, hosting or registry providers, natural disasters or government action.

13. Sanctions and export

You may not use the service if you are subject to applicable trade sanctions, or to do business with sanctioned persons or places.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes by email or on this site, and they apply to renewals and new orders after that date.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ideas2pixels is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have jurisdiction, but nothing removes the mandatory consumer protection rights or the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where the law gives you that right. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally. If you are in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, where available.

16. Contact
